Acceptance

TerpTracer ("we", "us") is a personal cannabis concentrate telemetry tool built by Lunar Aerospace. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TerpTracer.

What TerpTracer is

TerpTracer reads cannabis Certificates of Analysis, decodes terpene and cannabinoid data, and lets you log your own sessions to find patterns over time. It is a tracking tool for your personal use. It is not a dispensary, it does not sell cannabis, and it does not verify the accuracy of any lab result you scan.

Who can use it

You must be of legal age to purchase cannabis where you live, which is 21 or older in most places, and you are responsible for following the cannabis laws that apply to you. TerpTracer takes no position on the legality of your activity in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@terptracer.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account and all associated records at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the service or its data.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or use the app to break the law.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions and payment

The free tier costs nothing. Premium is billed at 9.99 USD per month through Gumroad, our payment processor. We never see your card number. You can cancel at any time, which stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the paid period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Not medical or legal advice

Terpene and effect information in TerpTracer is anecdotal and general. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment recommendation. Cannabis affects people differently. Nothing in the app is legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making health or legal decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

TerpTracer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that lab data you scan is accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that any insight it surfaces is correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lunar Aerospace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TerpTracer after a change means you accept the new terms.
