Delete it yourself, in the app
Sign in and go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and its records immediately. You do not need to contact us first.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email info@terptracer.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We action these within 30 days and reply to confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, and membership tier.
- Stash records: brand, strain, purchase price, weight, and attached COAs.
- Sessions: temperature, duration, amount, vibe and flavor tags, and your notes.
- Scans: uploaded COA and label images, and the terpene profiles extracted from them.
- Device pairings and their stored settings.
- The authentication identity held by our auth provider.
What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted infrastructure backups and security logs, for up to 30 days, after which they age out automatically.
- Newsletter suppression records, kept indefinitely and on purpose: they are how we honor your unsubscribe and avoid emailing you again.
- Records we are required to retain by law, for as long as the law requires.
Nothing in this list is used to rebuild your account or profile you.
Export first, if you want it
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To keep a copy, use Settings → Export Data before you delete. Full detail on what we collect is in the Privacy Policy.
